The first floor features a spacious living area with an open kitchen and access to the furnished terrace (the highlight here: a barrel sauna), a shower room with natural light, a coat closet, and a storage room. A new staircase with step lighting leads to the first floor, which features another shower room, a bedroom with a balcony, a box-spring double bed, and a TV, and a bedroom with two single beds. Then, head up to the attic to the third bedroom, which features a tandem bed, a small reading area, and a separate guest restroom.
