The beautiful Frahmshus can accommodate 1–6 people. (8 people upon request) The property, which includes a parking space, a garden, and a spacious terrace with garden furniture, is landscaped with lovely plants and fenced in.
The Frahmshus is located in the Ording neighborhood and enjoys a scenic and desirable residential setting. The large, wide sandy beach, the Bad neighborhood with its pier, and the Dünen Therme are all just a short distance away. Despite the great nearby attractions, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in your vacation home, away from the hustle and bustle.
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome in this beautiful vacation home, but only upon prior arrangement and for a fee.
Kapitän’s Kajüte Vacation Home:
The beautiful Frahmshus accommodates 1–6 people. (8 people upon request) The property, featuring a parking space, garden, and a spacious terrace with garden furniture, is landscaped with pretty plants and fenced in. The house has approximately 100 m² of living space and is laid out as follows: On the first floor, you’ll find the living room and a spacious open-concept kitchen. There’s also a stylish hallway leading to the spacious garden, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Another hallway leads to a double bedroom with a pull-out bed (2x 80-cm mattresses), as well as another double bedroom with 2x 90-cm mattresses and an LED TV, and a full bathroom. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two additional bedrooms. One has a double bed with two 80-cm mattresses and an LED TV; the other bedroom has two single beds, each with a 90-cm mattress. In a separate, beautiful annex, the large wellness room—complete with a sauna, relaxation area, shower, restroom, and fenced-in terrace—invites you to unwind. Absolutely stunning and one-of-a-kind in SPO! (Available to guests of 2 apartments in the house for a fee) Carpe Diem!
