The beautiful Beach House Ording is located on a quiet street running parallel to the beach in the Ording neighborhood. The vast main beach in Ording-Nord is just a few minutes’ walk away. The St. Peter-Ording promenade, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
Beach House Ording, a thatched-roof home:
This beautiful thatched-roof duplex features approximately 113 m² of living space and offers plenty of room for 6 people. On the first floor is the light-filled living room with a TV, fireplace, and a spacious seating area. The open-concept kitchen features high-quality appliances and is fully equipped for cooking together. The living areas are furnished with exclusive furniture. Adjacent to the living area are a hallway and an utility room. There is also a double bedroom on the first floor with a guest bathroom and shower. The entire first floor features tasteful floor tiles.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—ensure a peaceful night’s rest. There is also another spacious shower room on the upper floor.
The entire upper floor is equipped with insect screens.
The property, featuring a parking space, a lawn, and a sheltered, sunny terrace, is landscaped with native plants.
