The Quartier Deich 4 vacation home is situated in a wonderfully relaxing location on the outskirts of the popular Ording district.
The sea dike is just a short walk away, and walking paths through the dune belt lead to the sandy beach in Ording. The spa center in the Bad district—with shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the Dünentherme and therapy facilities—is just a 5- to 10-minute bike ride away.
After enjoying various vacation activities, you can unwind in the outdoor sauna, which is shared by the 4 units.
Each apartment has at least one parking space right on the property.

This luxurious end-unit with a garden, cozy terrace, and stunning views over the dike is located directly on Ording’s main beach. The end-unit cottage offers approximately 84 m² of living space and is laid out as follows: On the first floor is the living area with an open-concept kitchen and a cozy dining area. An elegant fireplace in the living area provides a peaceful retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and fine tableware. The first floor also features a guest restroom, a hallway with a coat closet, a storage room under the stairs, and an utility room with a washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a spacious shower room on the upper floor. Another wooden staircase leads from the bedroom with twin beds to the attic, which features a cozy sleeper sofa for two people. Here, you can relax or spend the night while enjoying a fantastic, sweeping view all the way to the water. Great attention to detail has been paid to the interior design. The entire house features large windows, ensuring that every room is wonderfully flooded with light.
A high-quality outdoor sauna on the property offers plenty of space for relaxation. Accessible from four apartments in the house. Pure vacation enjoyment—from the very first second!
