This beautiful vacation home has approximately 150 m² of living space and can accommodate 6 people.
The first floor features a light-filled living room with a TV and a spacious dining area. The living areas are furnished in a shabby-chic style. The hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with cozy benches. Also on the first floor is a shower room and a single bedroom with a desk and an infrared sauna. A staircase leads to the upper floor. The three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a bunk bed—ensure a restful stay. In addition, there is another shower room with a bathtub on the upper floor.
The property, which includes a parking space and gate, a large lawn, and two sheltered, sunny terraces, is landscaped with native plants.
Upon request, the accompanying electric vehicle charging station can be booked as an add-on.
The nearby 12-km-long Ordinger Sandstand beach is just a short drive away, and the Bad district, with its many shops and restaurants, is within walking distance.
