Apartment "SalzwiesenkleeDas comfort apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment was completely renovated in April 2011 and completely new with high quality, modern furniture. The sunny, cozy, approx. 135m ² apartment is suitable for 2-6 persons. The south-facing terrace with garden furniture and brick barbecue / fireplace is accessed from the living and dining area. The spacious garden is visible. To relax, you will find a cozy and spacious sitting area with stereo and 42-satellite TV. An oven in the living room and additional underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a pleasant warmth from autumn to spring. The separate, new and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave and kettle gives you the opportunity for self-sufficiency. The two master bedrooms each have a separate, modern bathroom with shower; the floor is well tempered. A bath is available. The apartment has a guest toilet in addition to the two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds of dimensions 180cmx200cm and washable blankets, new cold foam mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, the children's bedroom contains two single beds (90cmx200cm) in the same quality. The apartment is open all year. We warmly welcome you to the beautiful North Sea in every season.
The house Sommerwind is a semi-detached house built in the Frisian style and located in a side street to the Ordinger sea dike near the beach. The spa forest and the spa center can be reached in a few minutes. All apartments are provided with wipeable, easy-care floors. Parking spaces and a lockable garage for bicycles, strollers and sports equipment are available, washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Bedding and towels are included. The costs for electricity, water and heating are included in the price. Internet via Hotsplots (W-Lan) and telephony into the German fixed net for free. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
