Beautiful 3-room apartment for 4 people with balcony near the dike

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation rental for 4 people, spread over two floors in the upper part of the house. With 68 square meters of space, you’ll find coziness and comfort in every room. The bedroom features a cozy double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) with a slatted frame, while the living area is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a telephone. In the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and an induction stove with oven, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them at the dining table for four. The modern bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The balcony, furnished with patio furniture, is the perfect spot to relax in the fresh air. In the beautiful attic bedroom, you’ll find two additional single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a magnificent view over the Ordinger Deich. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for a fee. Bed linens and towels are included, as are a high chair and a crib if needed. You also have access to a storage room and a parking space. There is now also a lockable garden shed for your valuable bicycles, such as e-bikes. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.
Our vacation rental is located in a low-traffic area, just a few meters behind the Ording dike. The vast main beach of Ording-Nord is within easy walking distance. The St. Peter-Ording promenade, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and the pier, is only about 15 minutes away on foot or a 5-minute drive.

The Deichsfenne building features 4 vacation apartments, each accommodating 4 people. The two apartments on the first floor have a furnished terrace with a beach chair. The apartments on the upper floor each feature a furnished balcony. Each apartment also includes a storage room and a parking space. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. The house is located in a low-traffic area, just under 100 meters behind the Ording dike. The vast main beach in Ording is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The promenade in St. Peter-Ording, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Shopping facilities in the Ording district are currently under construction. (An Edeka and an Aldi store are being built here.)
