LA PACE - The house is well equipped with two double rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms with jacuzzi and washing machine, spacious living room with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, wood stove with fireplace, basement, veranda with seating and grill, 3 balconies with a beautiful view of the lake . Free WIFI.

- 'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' are two separate houses with a separate garden, which are located below Cremia, whose district Marnino - in the nature reserve - ideal for switching off. The stone cottages are on the lake shore preferred by George Clooney, on a green country terrace 200m above the lake with beautiful panoramic views. Extensive hiking trails are right outside the front door, such as the 'Via Monte Lariani', an old hiking trail that starts in Como and ends in Sorico with a constant view of the lake.
'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' can be reached on foot from the public car park, which is about 5 minutes away. It is about 10 minutes on foot and about 2 minutes by car to Lake Como.
Without using the car, within a 5-minute walk there is a soccer field, a children's playground, a bar and a supermarket open until 7 p.m.
La Pace and Villa Iolanda are in an ideal place for walks and excursions, without cars and surrounded by nature. All the countries of northern Lake Como are connected by a lakeside walk.
- TRIPS:
La Pace and Villa Iolanda are open all year round. From the house you can take many smaller and larger hikes. All year round there is the possibility to drive up to approx. 1000m high by car and from there to enjoy wonderful views of hikes. These destinations can also be reached by mountain bike from many places.
The Rifugio 'La Canua' (1500m high) can be reached in 20 minutes by car. and an hour's walk. There you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
Even in winter you can be in a large sunny ski area (3000m high) in 1 hour, often with a lot of snow. Maps and overviews are available in the house.

We spent a very wonderful week in this place which is perfectly located in the north of Come Lake, near from Villa Carlotta and ferry to go to Bellagio.Mauro is very helpful and always available to answer our questions.Everything was perfect!

Mauro is the most lovely host, he met us and walked us from the car to the loadge, up the cobbled path that winds through the rolling mountains. The photos of this property didn’t do it justice. Mauro has put so much love into the building and it shows. We visited on the off season (March) and had rain daily so kept the fireplace going the whole time as that’s the only way to heat the house, which was so romantic. Could t recommend this place enough, the view of Como is unmatched.

Mauro's place has spectacular views across Lake Como and Cremia is a great base to explore all that Como has to offer. Cremia itself has a lovely beach and some good restaurants. Mauro is a great host who gave us lots of information about the house and area. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. There is a walk from the car but only 5 minutes and with beautuful views! Thank you!

Lovely Christmas vacation on Como lake,,
really beautiful and idyllic house made of stone with picturesque and breathtaking view to lake Como. It was really tranquilizing and refreshing to spent Christmas time there, away from the normal Christmas rush.
We are sure, that we will take another vacation in the house of La Pace, either to enjoy the tranquilitziy of the autumn or winter time or to feel the heat and warm of summer time in Cremia. We really recommend this place.
Ein schöner Weihnachtsurlaub am Comer See,
ein wunderschönes idyllisches Steinhaus, mit malerischem und atmenberaubendem Ausblick auf den Comer See. Weihnachtszeit war ruhig und erholsam im Haus La Pace verzubringen, weg von Weihnachtseile.
Urlaub im Haus La Pace ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, wir können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen, entweder die Ruhe von Hermbst- und Winterzeit zu geniessen oder die Sommerzeitliche hitze und wärme zu erleben.
Upea joululoma Como järven rannalla,
upea idyllinen kivitalo, näkymä Como-järvelle on henkeäsalpaava ja maalauksellinen. Joululomailu La Pacesssa oli rauhallista ja rentouttavaa, poissa normaalsita joulunhälinästä ja kiireestä.
Tulemme varmasti tänne vielä uudelleen ja suosittelemme La Pacea muillekin, joko nauttimaan syksyn ja talven rauhasta tai kokemaan kesän kuumuuden ja lämmön.
