Everything was perfect; price/quality are very good, we went as a family of 4 with two little kids and it was good for us, each adult used a bed with one of the kids. The location was perfect with a bus just around the corner, and in 15 min you’re in the city center. An advantage that there was free parking. We stayed there because it was our stop from going to Lithuania and I had to work from home for a few days. The wifi was stable.
I would say that there’s no swimming pool in the building, but is next to eat, 200 mts from the place, be aware that if you go with kids, the swimming pool is available from 12:00 and they need to use a cap.

It looks even better than on the pictures. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. Everything I needed was there
The district is not the best one but I had to stay there for work so it was excellent for me

Place is nice and there was quite clean
Washing machine is not working, some furniture are broken.
