The apartment is located right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was some noise from outside, though we actually enjoyed that lively atmosphere and it didn't affect our sleep. There's no elevator, but it's just one floor up, so it wasn't an issue. The building is quite old but has been partially renovated. The air conditioner was a helpful solution.
Unfortunately, the floor throughout the apartment is in poor condition — both the parquet and the bathroom tiles creak and feel like they're about to give way in places, which felt unsafe to walk on.
Kitchen utensils weren't clean and one pan was scratched (but nothing major).
Towels.
A lot of bugs near bed and on curtains.
The worst issue, though, was the bathroom: it was covered in black mold. This is a serious health hazard and should not be acceptable in a rented apartment.

Appartamento in pieno centro, molto carino e ristrutturato abbastanza recentemente, dotato di ogni confort. La camera da letto non era molto grande, l'ingresso dotato di armadio che fungeva da scarpiera e appendiabiti. Il soggiorno con angolo cottura abbastanza ampio e tavolo comodo dove poter mangiare, dotato di divano letto. Anche il bagno confortevole, ma non presenti shampoo e bagnoschiuma. L'ingresso dell'edificio non si presenta molto bene.
L'edificio dove è sito l'appartamento non è tenuto bene, le scale non sono molto pulite.

La colazione non era compresa quindi compravamo il cibo in un forno sotto casa
Il letto e in special modo i cuscini sono l'unica cosa che mi sono piaciuti meno. Sono riuscito comunque a dormire ma le coperte erano corte e i cuscini molto soffici, sono cose che reputo meno importanti anche perchè ripeto, sono riuscito comunque a dormire.

La ubicación es excelente. Estaba muy limpio
Intentamos ponernos en contacto con el propietario y fue imposible. Necesitábamos saber si podíamos depositar un poco antes las maletas o si teníamos que coger un locker y fue imposible contactar.
Es decir, entrada y salida a las horas acordadas. Envía unas horas antes contraseñas y no hay más contacto.
En caso de duda...lo que hay es lo que pone
