Powiem tak, obiekt wykraczał poza oczekiwania jeśli chodzi o takie aspekty jak komfort, czystość i udogodnienia. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się bar mleczny, kawałek dalej sklep całodobowy "Groszek". Na ogromny plus również profesjonalne i ludzkie podejście właściciela - wyjaśniliśmy cel pobytu, bez problemu dał więcej czasu na wymeldowanie, tak by można było się wyspać po koncercie. Z czystym sumieniem mogę w ciemno polecić.

Parking blisko, wymeldowanie dość późno, self check in, lokalizacja w miarę dobra, ale przez okno słychać tramwaje o dzwony kościoła.
Dość mocno używane mieszkanie, 5 piętro bez windy, stara kamienica, w mieszkaniu zapach wilgoci i grzyba, niedokładnie posprzątane , łóżko i kanapa mało wygodne. Z kuchni nie chciało się korzystać bo się brzydziliśmy.
