A tulaj gyorsan reagàlt és minden kérésünket/ kérdésünket komolyan vett, kedves volt. Bàr az apartman a központban volt, éttermekkel teli utcàn, bent csendes és biztonsàgos hely volt. Az àllomàstól 3 megàllónyira van, de akàr gyalog is elérhető, ugyanígy a központ is. Buszmegàllók is közel voltak. Az àgy kényelmes, sok konektor, a konyha felszerelt, ler is van (egy konyhakesztyü vagy konyharuha még jó lenne), nyugis privàt tér kint, ahol megreggelízhetsz, vagy ihatsz egy kàvét/ sört, csendes légkondi, vagàny leiràsa és térképe a bolognai nevezetességeknek az ajtón. A net jól működött, az asztalnàl dolgozhattam a laptopon.
Ajànlatként jó lenne egy szunyoghàló az ajtóra ami az udvarhoz vezet.

Locatie was fantastisch, dicht bij het centrum maar niet in de ergste drukte. Host was erg vriendelijk en reageerde altijd snel en behulpzaam.
Eigenlijk geen minpunten, topverblijf voor een citytrip.

Na plus: + lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, + dobry kontakt z właścicielem, + bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie (na kod).
Na minus: - to nie jest apartament, to suterena z wejściem z bramy, - okno z łazienki i kuchni wychodzi na środek klatki schodowej. - sprzęty w kuchni są mocno zużyte, - czystość w łazience.
