Not a bad apartment but a few upgrades needed for comfort

Location and parking was great! Very easy to access - very well equipped kitchen

Accommodating host & nice looking apartment but the furniture needs upgrading, very uncomfortable sofa and bed very low down & also uncomfortable. Shower pressure could also do with some work & hot water fluctuated quite a bit. The front main door was left unlocked throughout our stay - the only security was our apartment door.

Great place with safe parking

+not directly in the city center in a calm environment +spacious, modern, well equipped apartment +tea, sugar, coffee and some of the essential ingredients (eg. oil) were available in the kitchen +safe parking space for your car, which is kind of rare in Northampton +good WIFI connection -there were little incoveniences but we communicated them to the host and he was open to any feedbacks

lovely stay great space and location but could do with a few finishing touchers for a better stay

the location was key for us as it was close to family. spacious living area and master bedroom

no proper sofa very hard uncomfortable sofa bed in living room meant chilling in the evening was not enjoyable. damp smell coming from the bathroom although it looked very clean. keypad entry into apartment left us feeling a little unsafe as previous renters could also have the code, would be an idea to instal an internal lock, chain type device for peace of mind. no information booklet for info like wifi how to work heaters nearby attractions or cleaning check out details. - this would have been really handy. Bed very close to the wall in master bedroom, very low and difficult to get out of due to the frame, stain on sheet quite off putting

A Very Pleasant Weekend and I would recommend this apartment.

This flat was in an ideal location for our requirements close to 2 good supermarkets petrol station and within 3 miles of Northampton Cricket Club. The flat was very modern and beautifully decorated. it was lovely.

My only criticism of the apartment would be the bed in the master bedroom. It’s far too low and would benefit from an additional bed base to make it higher and a better mattress . No 2 a full length mirror for the hallway would also be a vast improvement.

Value for money

Location was great as it was near a supermarket, apartment was very presentable and good communication from host.

A knife sharpener and some essential cooking ingredients like salt and pepper. Sometimes it is the little things that can make a one night stay really great.

La ubicación. El mobiliario está nuevo. Hay dos baños.

Se ve nuevo pero tiene muchos detalles que deberían arreglar como por ejemplo las cortinas, un enchufe doble roto, el sofá cama está roto y no se puede desplegar para convertirlo en cama, una mesita de noche está muy sucia en los cajones, una esquina de la mesa de la cocina tiene un revestimiento cortante... En la cocina falta menaje: tijeras, cubiertos (solo tres tenedores y nosotros éramos 4) y las bandejas de horno están para tirar. Nos dejaron solo 3 toallas. La wifi no va bien. Falta limpieza en general. Las camas no son cómodas.
