It was as described lovely clean modern apartment, spacious lounge kitchen & good sized bathroom. Loved the little extras complementary tea coffee sugar but also condiments olive oil. Free allocated parking.

Met the need just about

Well kitted out

No hot water with no instructions about how to put it on or that you needed to Bedroom window dangerously in need to repair. I tried to open it as the flat was extremely hot and it nearly fell inwards. Not safe

it was very clean and quiet.

The apartment was on the 5th floor, we were unaware of that when we booked, luckily we’re not disabled, we are however in our 70’ s so maybe not so agile. On arrival we discovered the lift was not working and was told it had been out of order for some time. We were offered alternative accommodation,ground floor but this had no parking and only one bedroom, we decided to stay in the flat on floor 5 because we had a parking space and rooms we needed. The apartment was very well equipped, but unfortunately , there were no operating instructions for the cooker or microwave. The bathroom also had no sink plug and the one in the kitchen would not fit this means we maybe used more running water than we needed to .

Disappointing stay - ok for one night but no more.

Easy to access the property, good price for having three beds. Hosts communication was okay. Free parking was helpful too.

The lift was broken at the building (which I understand isn’t the hosts responsibility) but no-one told us, meaning that my elderly father had to climb 5 flights unexpectedly. The area the flat in is incredibly questionable and didn’t feel very safe. The flat was cleaned to an okay standard, but little touches were missing, for example behind the toilet. The fixtures and fittings were also tired - the cord on the blind in the lounge is broken. The windows do not open properly or are broken too.

Excellent and spacious apartment with great decor throughout and a real homely/cosy feel. Comfortable sofa and bed. Very nice kitchen area. Good location for the town centre. The owner is very helpful and responsive to all queries. The hot water stopped working whilst I was staying and it was fixed the next day.

The parking is an issue as the assigned space is very tight if adjoining cars encroach into the bay. Key safe to collect keys is a little obscure. The shower needs modernising.

the only thing that could be better in my opinion is the double needs better mattress they are too soft for me so I slept on the single bed, perfect firmness for me, but is a personal issue

the flat was clean and close to town

the building itself was awful, it smelt so strong of weed, lifts and corridors dirty. inside the flat one of the door handles was coming off, hole in the bathroom door, shower screen not attached.

The buzzer at the front not working so you had to go downstairs to answer the door.

Good

Clean and bright.

No markings on the stove top so it took trial an error to get the correct stove on and at required temperature. The fridge was set too cold so everything froze. The window in the larger room was broken off the top hinge so it wasn’t possible to open it further that. being slightly ajar. Airwick plug-ins were on in ever room and at max so it was a little sickly. I’d recommend putting them on the lowest setting.

Good stylish decor,

Lack of attention to detail: no plugs for kitchen or bathroom sinks. Broken roller blind mechanisms. Brand new TV rendered useless because not setup so no channels. Bathroom fan on constantly! Smaller bedroom should have bed rotated so that you can access either side. ALL EASILY FIXEDp
