Really friendly service. I think they speak English but I'm not sure - signs were in english. The hotel is in a kinda seedy old building but the inside is renovated and modern. Very convenient in zhongshan, not far from Taipei HSR and good bus connections.

The staff were very kind and easy to talk to. There were a lot of food choices around the vicinity too. While the room was small and had no windows, the bed was great as well as the room lighting.
It was quiet far from the metro to be honest. Luckily, there was a nearer bus stop for bus services(218) that pass by Taipei Main Station and Ximending.

接待人員很照顧旅客，講解很詳細，冷氣很冷，熱水也很強，浴缸不錯，網速很穩也很快，地點很不錯，下面有吃的喝的也有電影院，離公共運輸也很近！
浴室對於高個子不友善，洗澡要微蹲，不然會頂得天花板

There was no window in the room which made me stay very challenging. Would have not booked it if I knew.
