The worst stay ever

The location was good. It was bugs everywhere I didn’t get to check in til 7pm everything was bad my daughters seen bugs everywhere house was a mess they didn’t start cleaning til 5pm

Needs a lot of work to actually be safe and clean

There were ample bedrooms

There was no garbage cans outside to throw out trash. The dryer did not work and was vented onto the floor in the basement. The house and furniture were dirty. Including food and gross things on the couches. At least one bed was pee stained. The stove was cakes inside and out in filth. When we went to preheat it the whole house filled with smoke and none of the smoke detectors went off. There were a lot of construction and remodeling paraphernalia all over and hole and outlets on the floor with no care for children. Many outlets and appliances did not work. The walls were dirty. The doors inside the house did not fit the frames properly and or had holes in them to see into rooms for no privacy. The house was cold and damp and definitely not ready for actual rental. The doors outside were difficult to open and the doors and windows seemed to lack proper locking or were loose. This is a very bad neighborhood with homeless people so that is scary. There was more but this is the general idea.
