Bedroom 2: king bed in calm blue tones, 55 inch Roku TV, closet with the pack n play, stroller and child safety items. Bedroom 3: queen bed, ensuite bath, 55 inch Roku TV. The fourth bedroom has the top floor to itself with two queen beds, a cozy reading nook and a 55 inch Roku TV.
BATHROOMS
Second floor: a full bath with tiled walk-in shower and a full bath with tub and shower combo. Top floor: tiled walk-in shower, double vanity and exposed brick. Main floor: half bath with the washer and dryer, plus laundry soap, vacuum, broom, iron and board.
KITCHEN
Crock Pot, Instant Pot, rice maker, air fryer, blender and plenty of cookware for big group dinners. Butter, sugar, baking soda and condiments are in the fridge, and the coffee bar has whole bean and ground coffee, K-cups, cream, sweeteners and tea.
BACKYARD
Fall nights are made for the fire pit, with seats around the fire and four more on the back patio.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, relaxing, and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful, very accommodating and prompt. We are already looking forward to staying here this summer.

My family stayed here for a family reunion and the house was perfect. Six adults and one child and it was so nice having a big, clean house to come back to and spend quality time with family. The kitchen has every gadget you can imagine and the house was fully stocked. The best part was the responsiveness of the host. He answered all of my messages within minutes, if not seconds which was so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Our large group of family/friends can't stop talking about the 3-level home located less than 15 minutes drive time from the Ohio State Fairgrounds, the site for the AQHA Congress. Arrival was a breeze from the check-in instructions received from Evan, our amazing host. The home was comfortable for our party of 9. So much space to relax, stretch out and visit. We had a small technical issue when streaming the televisions but the host was very responsive and offered to come right away to resolve the issue. We realized we had not signed out the previous guest's account info and fixed the issue promptly. The kitchen was so well stocked (small appliances, dishes, and even the basic spices one might need.) The coffee bar was an extra treat.
Plenty of space on the main floor to watch tv together, sit down to dinner or enjoy snacks at the kitchen island. The laundry room and all bathrooms were also well stocked. The cleaniless of the property throughout was above average of any other property we have stayed through VRBO.
Bedrooms were all very comfortably furnished with attention to detail throughout. The upstairs office was a bonus!
The fenced in back yard was a great extra space to enjoy the back porch, yard games & small fire pit. We were nervous about the neighborhood location before arrival but felt safe at this property and had no issues at all. Overall our experience was exceptional and we appreciate the thoughtfulness the host has put in to every room of the house.
