The Space:
Bring the whole crew and spread out in this spacious Columbus home built for group getaways, game nights, and backyard fun. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, this home is designed for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Step inside to a welcoming living room with plenty of seating, including a large sectional and bar-top seating just behind it. Relax and stream your favorites on the 75” Smart TV mounted above the decorative fireplace. The open layout makes it easy to gather, with a gourmet kitchen featuring a beautiful curved island with seating for four. Fully stocked for cooking at home, the kitchen flows into a dining area with seating for eight—perfect for shared meals and connection.
Just off the kitchen, the enclosed patio game room is a guest favorite, complete with a pool table, bar seating, and two classic arcade games—NBA Jam and Pac-Man. Sliding doors lead to the fully fenced backyard, where the fun continues.
The outdoor space is a true backyard retreat, offering privacy and room to relax. Enjoy the above-ground pool with lounge chairs, unwind in the hot tub, or use the sports court set up for pickleball and basketball. As the evening winds down, gather around the fire pit with seating for 10 and enjoy time together under the stars. For families, there’s also a jungle gym play set for the kids, while adults relax on the spacious wraparound deck with oversized, comfortable chairs—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Downstairs off the kitchen, the lower level offers additional space to relax and sleep. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests
🎉 No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
🔥 Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
🐾 Pets:
Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.
