The neighborhood (University View) this home is located in couldn’t be more charming and family friendly! It’s quiet, safe, and walkable with a park/playground just feet away. Our children enjoyed playing in the game room and fenced in backyard. The neighbors are friendly and it was clear upon arrival that the home owner and surrounding neighbors love and care for their properties! Overall, our stay was great and one we would repeat.
The cold water in the first floor shower wouldn’t turn off due to a loose screw. This was a minor screwdriver fix, but should be addressed for future stays. The back deck lights are solar and don’t function due to the solar panel’s shaded location, so having that relocated would be a plus for evening outdoor family time.
