The apartment is clean and spacious. It is located within close walking distance to great restaurants in Condessa and Roma. The building feels very safe with a 24-hour security guard on the first floor.
The apartment is located on a very busy intersection and quite noisy at all hours of the day. You can hear loud honks and beeps from cars, trucks, and motorbikes all day and all night long from the living room and rear bedrooms. Noise also travels from residents in the building (barking dogs, loud parties). While the space is great, it was way to noisy for a good night sleep.

Nothing really... location ok.
Not furnished as advertised. Dirty! Badly worn furniture. Bed not normal.. Departed after 1 night of 8.

The apartment was clean, pretty, and in a great location within easy walking distance of Condesa. We really appreciated having laundry on site. The beds were very comfortable, which mattered a lot because my sister and I are both in our mid-40s and recovering from hip surgery.
We were told there would be two sets of keys but there was only one, and the large patio door would not lock, so we did not feel fully secure. We reported it right away and were told someone would come, but it was never addressed during our stay. The bedroom doors did lock, so we locked them at night which helped. Also, the apartment faces a major street with a glass wall, so you definitely hear the city, which is simply part of staying in a busy area, but if you are looking for a quieter place, you may want to choose a spot not on a main street. The kitchen is also very minimally stocked, so if you plan to truly cook, you will likely need to buy some basics or plan on takeout.

Great location and plenty of restaurants around.
The sofa is not confortable at all and no heaters or extra blanket provided for the cold days.
7.0 / 10.0
Staff was quick reacting. Check-in was somewhat easy (once you know how to get into the building).
Room Appartment was spacious
We got a low level apartment which was not as bright as on the pictures. But what really is a downside is the noise coming in from the street. Windows didn't close properly so almost no noise reduction. Sleeping only possible with proper ear plugs. That's a pity but seems to be an global issue with the windows.

The location in La Condesa is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and it’s a great area to explore the city from.
The apartment itself was spacious and generously sized, which was definitely a plus.
On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure, which we appreciated.
Another positive aspect was that there was a security guard on duty 24/7, which made the building feel very safe at all times.
The bed was not very comfortable and squeaked, which affected sleep quality. The kitchen was very minimally equipped, even basic items like scissors were missing. Laundry detergent was only provided upon request, which was inconvenient.
Because the apartment faced the street, it was quite noisy, and traffic sounds were clearly audible. In one of the bedrooms, the window could not be properly closed, making it extremely loud, not suitable for light sleepers at all. The other bedroom had a window facing the hallway, meaning people walking by could look directly into the room. There were blackout blinds for privacy, but this resulted in the room being very dark at all times.

Great location. Convenient to public transport and also to walkable neighborhoods.
It was a little loud on certain nights. A busy street.

The location was great! Very central in Condesa. We were able to walk easily to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and we slept comfortably.
There are two things that really bothered me during this stay. First, the apartment was much darker than expected. The photos on Booking.com show significantly more natural light, but this unit does not have large windows or a terrace. Second, the internet was slow and would stop working every 15 minutes. Lastly, overall, the apartment feels neglected and needs maintenance to match what is being advertised.

Location is amazing. We were close to great restaurants, the metro, and lovely parks. The property was super clean, and communication with the manager was excellent. He responded promptly and was very helpful.
The property is located on a busy street, so it was quite noisy at times. The wi fi is very slow in the front part of the apartment, the living room/kitchen area.

Space for 2 couples close to Condesa and a nice walk to Chapultepec Park. City view and small balcony. Small kitchen. Helpful staff and secure luggage storage.
On a noisy street and definitely not very soundproof. Kitchen facilities were limited. A little shabby and needed some basic maintenance.

The location is perfect 👌
There’s too much noise all day and walls too thin.

Super clean and large. The bedrooms were in the back of the large street.
The roads were still noisy in the second bedroom. The front door is also close to other tenants. For the most part you don’t hear them.

There was a little bit of dust on the fans.

Good location for transportation and exploring
Extremely loud traffic noise all night. Was not set up for four people. Had to purchase water. Only two good towels, others were small and flimsy. Bed linens pillows were cheap and mattresses and uncomfortable. Lacked basic supplies

Very convenient location. Easy to get to the Metro station, cute cafe and restaurant every where. Feel safe ( lock system). Able to use kitchen. Clean room.
I don’t think we had an issue.

This is a good place to base yourself and fitted our family of 5 well, with the sofa bed in the main area used. Has 2 bathrooms.
The guy who checked us in is really nice and helpful.
It is an apartment, so there is a kitchen and laundry, which we used. The neighbourhood is great, once you figure out your bearings. There is a Starbucks and a green salad bar just around the corner, excellent street tacos, and if you walk 10 minutes up past Starbucks, there is a park and on the weekend it is so vibrant! There was salsa dancing classes, bike rental (my kids got a 4 wheel bike to share), massage in the park (was great) a great playground that's pretty big and an exercise park. There are plenty of food and drink vendors in the park and on the day we went, there were animal shelters with all the dogs, puppies and kittens for adoption - my kids loved this. We took a soccer ball and the kids played in the quadrant for ages. Lots of stalls and a nice way to spend the morning.
But back to the apartment, it was pretty good. Has the essentials but nothing more.
There is a convenience shop a few metres away.
There is a washing machine but no clothes drier. And no air-conditioning, and as it was not overly warm, our clothes would not dry. It needs a clothes drier for sure.
WIFI only works in the living area. They need to get an extender so it works in the bedrooms. Good WIFI is a must these days.
This apartment is on the main road, so it can be noisy at night. There is also a dog upstairs that seems to chase a ball around a lot and that is really noisy and got a bit annoying. It barks a fair bit too. We were out a lot and have teenagers, but if you're a light sleeper or have a baby you might not like the noise.
It would be good if they provided some drinking water when you first arrive. If you get in at night time, it would be handy, until you get to the shops.
When we opened up the sofa bed, it was filled with food crumbs, so the cleaner needs to remember to clean that. But there was nice clean linen, so that was good!

almost nothing. . how about the elevator. . how's THAT for the best part of this awful place!
their website said there was a "tennis court,a solarium,a lounge, and soundproof rooms" at this location,AND ALL OF IT,was a LIE!! when I finally got ahold of the hotel manager and told him that's why I booked here,,he just SMILED! and said he was SORRY!! we booked for 6 days, and each day there was construction going on; sometimes well into the night. if it wasn't the construction noise,it was the banging noise from the gym, right on the other side of the thin walls.
we also didn't like that we paid for an upgrade room, and ended up in the armpit of this hotel. we did not get what we PAID FOR. As for (all) the furniture, I've seen nicer being sold at Big lots. IT IS the CHEAPEST furniture i've ever seen in a "LUXURY" location
Save yourself and love ones a disappointment and DO NOT book here.

It was very spacious and the location was great, near a lot of great restaurants and good shopping and an uber ride away from the historic center
It was way too noisey. The windows are not noise isolated as apartments usually are, so we could hear every truck and car on the busy street. We could also hear every single thing between apartments, literally down to a dog walking upstairs. I’ve never had noise issues in any hotel or apartment, but this one had noise so bad none of us could sleep.

The apartment is not good isolated, you can hear every single noice from the apartment from upstairs and in the ground floor is a fitness center who starts classes very single day at 7am

Location was good. Apartment was clean and the host was fairly responsive.
The living area isn’t great. When we got there, the futon was broken so there was no couch that could be used for majority of our trip. While we were told this would be fixed it wasn’t fixed until our second last day. The bathroom showers were clogged when we arrived however the host was able to resolve this quickly.

The view is amazing. The host is very attentive and the security at the front was very polite. The location was the best! If you are a member of orangetheory fitness there is one literally around the corner. The neighborhood felt safe and the people were friendly. 10/10.
I had an issue with the wifi but the host was very fast on getting me connected 10/10.
8.0 / 10.0
The traffic noise was annoying.
And it was very hot - no fan or air conditioner.
Also, if we are not to flush the toilet paper, the toilet bins should be emptied at least every couple of days. It is not very hygienic to have dirty toilet paper building up in the bathroom.
Or we should have been given instructions or where / how to empty bathroom and kitchen rubbish.

The location, apartment was nice and spacious. It was pretty neat also.
Pillows were not the best, they weren’t comfy at all. Sofa bed was a plus but not ideal to spend the night.

Even bigger than the images looked.
Has almost everything you need including cooking equipment.
Beautiful and contemporary.
Amazing showers with great water pressure and hot water! Good toilet!
In a fantastic area that’s close to amazing cafes, restaurants and parks! And transport connections.
The host were easily contactable and friendly.
Very safe. Would stay again ! Thank you so much!
This can’t be changed, & not a criticism but Mexico City is VERY loud and the windows didn’t cover the sound very well. So bring really good noise cancelling headphones or earplugs.

6.0 / 10.0
I liked the location. It was a very nice, clean, safe neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also close to many places I wanted to visit.
There is very little sound insulation in this property. For the room facing Baja California, large trucks can keep you up all night. They began around 8-9pm and lasted until about 5-6am, but it was irregular. Alll kinds of heavy duty vehicles, and lots of 18-wheelers, some with double loads (2containers). Noisy brakes, horns, basic delivery traffic that waits until after rush hour.
Only excellent ear plugs will help muffle the noise, so if you plan to stay here, invest in some decent ear plugs.
The first night we arrived, it was late and we had to be let in by the doorman as we did not yet have access to the keys. The doorman was rude and demanded to know where were his dollars he expected to give us as a tip.

Do not stay here. This apartment is overpriced for what it offers - the photos do not resemble the actual experience. All the furnishings are extremely cheap and on the first day of our booking, the lounge broke rendering the living room useless for our entire five night stay.
Despite assurances from the manager that they would either fix the lounge or provide compensation, we have still received neither. They have stopped responding to messages from both me or Booking.com.
Do not stay here - I certainly regret it.

Nicely decorated and clean and secure
Noisy. I didn’t read the reviews and was not aware of the main road which was very noisy
7.0 / 10.0
Huge 2 BR apt. Great location in Condesa near Roma N.
The couch was broken with the back resting against the wall at about a 30 degree angle. The beds are OK comfort-wise. There were four alleged “pillows” that were essentially deflated fabric sacks covered in pillow cases. They NEED to go buy 4-6 actually pillows for the apartment. (And fix the sofa.) The large primary BR is very noisy after about 6 am. Also, I don’t think the gas to the stove was on - if cooking is intended (it wasn’t for us), maybe check on this detail?
