The appartment was spacious - had everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to visit & we were able to get Ubers everywhere.
We arrived at 5.30am & appreciated that we were able to enter the appartment straight away instead of waiting until the usual checkin time.
Nothing was wrong with the property.

It was clean and spacious. The building was very secured and the area is pretty safe. The apartment had everything that we needed for our short stay.
The noise coming out from the street was some times really loud late at night, but that’s not the accommodation’s fault. It’s just part of the experience to be in Mexico City.

This apartment is perfect if you need a comfortable place to land. It has just what you need in terms of beds, bathroom, some kitchen basics, etc. Not quite decorated and can definitely can hear a lot of street noise from being right on Avenida Baja California but throw on some white noise while you sleep and you're good to go. Lots of light and huge windows. Note there are stairs at the entrance so if you have several large suitcases like I had, better to wheel them up/down via the garage ramp and to the elevator. Hosts were responsive and helpful.
Some more touches of care would be nice, but ultimately that's not the purpose of this apartment (could use some decor, could clean up the chips on the walls, add some handles to the kitchen cabinets for easier opening, etc.)

Location is quite convenient to see Condesa and Roma neighborhoods
Very very noisy! There is no AC so you have to open the windows and it’s almost impossible to sleep.
Cheapest mattresses, cheapest pillows, hangers from dry cleaning, apartment needs fresh paint.
