quiet resident area, check in procedure is easy. water pressure is good! aircons at all rooms are well function. Thanks to owner who provide enough mattress for us! Due to time constraint, we didn't try out the entertainment in the homestay, so can't answer for the functionality.
erm... the door is rusty, a bit scaring at first, but when open the door and walk inside, the house is cozy. the floor is a bit sticky aircon at the living room not that cold (mayb because of the area too big)
