The staff responded to our call for help promptly! Appreciate it. A spacious house! Good for big group and had enough space for 12 pax. Felt safe too. Gave us the basic toiletries and clean towels.
The power tripped in the house twice during our 2 nights stay. One was in the middle of the night. One of the aircon in the living room was not functioning. There was an issue with the electrical line in the kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor. We had to live with no lights in these areas. The floor was not well cleaned. Our feet were dusty and dark after walking barefoot. There were too many lizards. One fell on the floor while my son was showering!

The parking lot is dropping with dirty water from roof top which make car dirty.
