Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quite big. Easy to find a spot to park right in front of the hotel, there's a large parking lot.
No big deal, but keep in mind the location is outside Nizwa. Not too far if you (as you probably do) have a car. Easy to reach the souq from here. Shower was warm only for the first shower, after thst it has always been cold.

It is a very convenient location but you need a car to get there and move around, it is about 15 - 20 mins drive to city centre which is the main attraction but on a highway interconnection so very convenient to get in and out of the city. Hotel is basic and mostly geared for local tourists. It has all the basic amenities but not luxury by any means. We had a comfortable stay.
Nothing comes to mind.
