We got upgraded to a full apartment: clean and comfortable. Free parking available on the street. Location is in walkable distance to the center of Nizwa. Our plan was to return here for the Friday goat market but at the end we cancelled and decided to visit Wadi Shams instead. Nothing wrong with this place. Maybe next time.

Excellent place, great location (walking distance to old town) and close to some restaurants and amenities.
Not a big deal, but since there is a kitchen area, it would be nice to have a few things in it (some plates, cutlery).

This hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff are the most friendly and smiling people. The suite was huge, spacious and had a cosy feel to it. We had a wonderful view over Nizwa town and could see the fort from our room. The bedroom was enormous and had nice storage facilities for our clothes and a comfortable seating area in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature. The bathroom was big and we loved that there was a sink outside to use as well, so you didn't get wet feet. It's very easy to park in front of the hotel and it's only a 10 minute walk away from the Friday goat market. We hope to visit this hotel again.
