We stayed at Petar Apartment and had a fantastic experience! The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the old town, local sights, and Ohrid Lake, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Free private parking is available on site, which is a huge plus in Ohrid, where parking can be difficult. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips.

Just a suggestion for us foreigners is to put a sign or small note near the switch for the hot water so we know not to turn it off by accident.

Fantastic choice for a couple visiting Ohrid

We liked everything: the modern interior and comfort of the flat, the location - one can walk everywhere - the price and best of all Irena, who was always available when we had a question or needed some advice. She even organised a Taxi to Lin on the Albanian side of Lake Ohrid.

Fantastic modern, clean apartment a few mins walk from Ohrid lake and amenities

Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with a great aesthetic - which was within a short walk of the lake and Ohrid’s main attractions but in a quiet spot just outside the bustling centre. Very comfortable, simply but beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay. We were happy there for a week and had everything we needed, eating out each night but we did use the facilities to make breakfast. The host was a great communicator, gave us a lot of tips and answered my questions quickly and generously. I would highly recommend for a stay in Ohrid.

The best place to stay in Ohrid

I had the most wonderful stay in this apartment. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Even before my arrival, they reached out with all the necessary information and were more than willing to assist with any questions. For my entire stay, the host checked in regularly to make sure everything was comfortable and that I didn’t have any issues. The apartment itself was just perfect. It was brand new, exceptionally clean, and extremely comfortable. The space was generous with balcony, offering plenty of room to relax. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I felt right at home. As for the location, it couldn't have been better! It was just a short walk to the Old Town, the lakeside port, and numerous shops and restaurants. Public transportation stops were also very close by, making it easy to get around. The host also recommended some amazing places to visit and provided excellent tips on how to get to them, as well as some great local food to try. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, easy, and flexible, which made everything even more convenient. The host was very accommodating in this regard. In my opinion, this is the best possible place to stay in Ohrid, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return. Highly recommend!

Amazing location - one minute walking to the beginning of the old bazaar. Very clean, new and beautifully decorated. Nice facilities (washing machine, drying rack, fridge, kitchen etc), and also very convenient, secure underground private parking. Highly recommended, would stay there again!

The apartment was super clean and brand new. It is directly in the city centre - 10 min walk to the lake where you pass many nice shops and restaurants. The turkish market is 3 min walk away where you can buy all kind of fruit and vegetables. If you travel by car the garage in the basement is top. Also the owners are really nice people. They gave us very good tips what to visit and what to see. I recommend this host.

Hervorragende Unterkunft, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es war alles da, was man so im Alltag benötigt (zB Spülmittel und Korkenzieher). Die Lage ist super - man ist schnell in der Altstadt, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Wenn man mit dem Bus von Skopje kommt, ist die Haltestelle nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Bett ist außerordentlich bequem und die Bettwäsche war sehr angenehm. Irena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns Tips gegeben und uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles.
