L'appartement est vaste et confortable, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la terrasse est grande et le complexe immobilier où est l'appartement est vraiment fantastique avec ses restos, piscine, marina, supermarché... Je retournerais lors d'une visite à Penang.
Je n'ai pas eu l'appartement qui apparaît sur les photos. Au lieu d'un divan dans le salon j'avais un lit, et, même si l'annonce avise du fait qu'il n'y a pas de vue sur la mer, la vue que j'avais n'avait rien à voir avec ce qui apparaît sur les photos. Certains éléments (notamment la tapisserie, une porte de salle de bain) ont besoin d'entretien.

Location is convenient even without a car. Easy to get coffee in the morning Easy to walk to nearby food court Big space Bath tub is clean Owner reaction is fast
Noise level are high despite the glass door Pool are big but opening hour is unclear. Not enough towel in the kitchen and no dish drying rack. Aircond in the living room are not changeable due to non functional remote. Internet are spotty sometimes

It’s above the Straits Quay Marina. There are restaurants, supermarket and cafes just downstairs, so it was very convenient. The room was clean.
