The host was very responsive, which made the communication quick and smooth. The unit was comfortable.

The unit next door was being used as a hostel for a cleaning company, so the corridor was often filled with plastic bags and garbage bags. We had to walk past them every time we entered or left the unit. When we arrived, there were many ants on the kitchen floor. We had to keep wiping them away throughout our stay.

Friendly host, quick responses. Got my RM200 refund on checkout day itself. I enjoy my stay here.

This was our 2nd trip to penang. We’re from KL took 5hours drive. This is also our 2nd time stay this place for 3d2n. Our first stay were very good,we enjoyed the stay and everything was clean. Decide that day, in our next trip, we’ll be staying again at this place. We’re hoping that the place will be still the same. But unfortunately, very sorry, our stay this time,were very disappointing. When we came in, we got this uncomfortable, rank smell and I knew it was pee. And for our knowing, we know this place is a pet friendly place. When we go to the living room, the carpet was wet, and I knew that smell was coming from there because there were 2 wet spot on and out the carpet and my daughter even stepped on it . We had to take it outside because it was so smelly, like it was never wash. The floor was dirty like it was never been mop nor clean.
