The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family stay. The location near Gurney was very convenient with many food places nearby. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The KTV set and TV box were a nice bonus for relaxing at night. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and worth the price.
There were some minor maintenance issues during the stay. The TV had flickering and there was an electrical buzzing sound coming from the extension socket. The door knob was also difficult to open at times. Hopefully these issues can be fixed for future guests.

The cleanliness, thier smart tv literally can connect with internet, coway, washing machine with soap powder. Heater was working well Simple but throughly instruction regarding check in, deposit refund was less than 24 hours. All rooms with functioning aircond. Towel was available
Organiser need to check with iron. Its provided but might be ruined by previous tenant. Otherwise no issue

Strange to find a queen bed in living room. The 2 small rooms were too tight to be comfy. For 5days stay w/o cleaning is unhygienic. There were not enough toilet rolls , tissue. Dirty sponges and diluted washing detergent in kitchen sink .
