Pros: Quiet neighbourhood. Private parking. Provides hair dryer and indoor slippers. Cons: Management really needs to improve their communication 1. They assigned us the room right next to the main entrance without giving us a heads up. It’d be fine if the room was soundproofed, but it wasn’t in actual. We could hear people passing by the entrance and loud talking at the entrance. 2. When we arrived for the first time, we tried looking for their water dispenser in their common kitchen, but all the rooms were closed. We noticed one room where there’s people eating and talking, but we assumed it was a private room since there’s no sign showing it was the common room. I tried texted to their housekeeper but didn’t get any response. After few hours later, we noticed that room left opened and was the common kitchen. I’ve reflected this incident to their management, but they only noted on my door sign suggestion, without providing any explanation on this incident at all. 3. There’s a millipede in our room right when we checked in. 4. Didn’t provide any facial tissue in the room.

Love the muji style interior designs around the common area and inside the room, the room is clean and located in a quiet residential area. However, the sounds proof isn't that good, if other guests chatting infront of the yard or inside the living common area, you can listen it clearly from your room.

my third time staying here and all experiences have been exceptional! Rooms and toilets are extremely clean. Service is top notch too. Very quick to respond when assistance is required. The only thing i would note is the walls are quite thin. During the recent visit, a group of noisy tourists made quite a racket past midnight and i could hear everything very loudly from the first floor. But other than that, my husband and i love this place! Will deff come back again.
