    No, I absolutely do not recommend it. Arrogance and ignorance, especially the people at reception, who all seem Indian and not local, who are undoubtedly more welcoming. You ask them something, they answer you rudely and aggressively as if you were. I don't even know what, and you think you're a customer. By the way, I booked a suite, but on the second day they didn't clean and change the sheets and I called them four times. I went to reception twice, and once they were cleaning the room next door. I told him to make up the room and he said I'll come later and never came again. However, considering that there are other places, you can choose! The WiFi works like a fart, the TV didn't work and I notified them of the problem and they told me the technician would come: after more than an hour, no one came, so I went to reception and they told me to read a note hanging that said the TV didn't work. Furthermore, since there was no telephone in the room, upon arrival they gave me a number and said that if I needed a towel or anything else I should call via WhatsApp. Unfortunately I had already paid for 3 nights, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else right away! The worst place of my life... regarding the staff at reception, they didn't even have a simple hotel card. Otherwise, the room was large and seemed clean when I arrived. Nearby there are only a couple of restaurants and a mini-mart and little else... best wishes if you decide to stay overnight.

    The counter staff cheated me saying that he will give me a room with smart TV. Actually all theirooms do not have any TV signal. Got cheated outright. Tub water leaking. Told to repair, said cannot repair. What is the use of paying so much for all the facilities but cannot use. Deposit RM 200. The highest I ever paid. They told no deposit no check in. Worst hotel I have ever stayed
