Pros Was given a seaview room which is great Cleanliness around the external building is ok Bed sheets were clean There is a family mart and other eatery nearby that is within walking distance. Cons The overall building is pretty run down including the lifts The room i stayed the dressing table had ants The toilet seat was cracked and 'bit' me and my husband butt once awhile when using it which is uncomfortable. The tap at the kitchen deluxe studio room when you turn on and wash your hands the water that comes out has that rusty smell. Didn't realised the TV in the room couldn't be used until only I arrived at the hotel and saw it at the front desk reception. If you are driving to the hotel there is complimentary parking but parking per day is rm24 which is expensive.

I had 2 nights stay here and I was excited when I see the pictures provided in the app but then as I reach there I was shocked, when I open the fridge my room is filled with durian smell.Following that my aircond was not cold so I went call the reception he sent a guy to checked and guess what he came in and wash the aircond filter in my bathroom. How unprofessional... You should have maintain it before the customer come in. And never forget the ants and cockaroches in the room and toilet. Oh My God Nightmare!!!!

Hotel has great view of the sea from the room. It also has a private beach. The hotel is run down and not well maintained. I informed the FD that water heater was not working, their response was no other guests complained before. That was unprofessional. Toiletries provided but the shampoo and body wash are so small that it finishes in one use. The only plus point of this hotel is the location and the view.
