The location and comfort were ideally suited to our needs.

The front security door was often left open in spite of signs saying to keep closed which caused us some concern. Recommend an alternative 'door closure'. Curtains or blinds need be installed in living area and door entrance window for both privacy and maintaining warmth in the winter and cooling in the summer. What would be helpful for longer stays is some form of cleaning equipment for carpets and hard floors.

The location was fantastic and the flat was extremely clean and well appointed.

We had an initial mix up with the flat allocation/collection of keys. This however was resolved satisfactorily by Donna who was very apologetic.

This is a well appointed clean apartment. Modern decor, kitchen was neat, settee, tv, dining table and chairs. Everything in good condition. Good bathroom with powerful shower.

In the apartment itself, nothing needed improvement. The main door to the block didn’t always close properly, extra care needed to ensure it locked shut. A bit tricky to find but the video helped.

1 block from the train station. Has a French press, kitchen stocked enough to cook a proper dinner. Cheap grocery across the street. Washer works well. Drying rack provided. Lovely decor, comfy couch, great big TV, large wardrobe.

Property is impossible to find. I was sent a video but had no cell service to watch it. The address is “Trinity House” with no street number. 1 sign at the end of a driveway, no sign on the building. Be very careful to follow lock box instructions—I was sent a photo of which box to use (they are not labeled and I was never told which apartment I was to occupy) but my cell service did not download the photo so I used the wrong box and had to move apartments the evening I arrived. Bed is made with 2 flat sheets so it came completely undone after 1 night. Tub drains so slowly that I was standing in dirty water every shower. Dishwasher only opens to about 45 degrees due to cabinetry. Tub and dishwasher were reported to host, I was told to pour boiling water down the tub (did not help) and to use the dishwasher as-is (could barely reach into it). Location is convenient but very loud on the weekend, and someone rang the video doorbell at 3 am setting off the buzzer and video screen in my apartment. Ground floor apartments cannot be secured with windows open, as they only lock when fully closed.
