Extremely welcoming and helpful. Perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Thank you Elisa and Morgan for your kindness especially towards my Son. It was much easier to leave him knowing he was in such a safe clean and comfortable apartment, with caring beautiful people such as yourselves. It means the world xx

a lovely apartment in the heart of St.Albans.The description was good, everything we needed for our 2 day stay. enough space for everything. we were 4 people, including 2 children.Thanks.

Communication with Elisa was fantastic. She gave us flexibility to check in earlier and leave some luggage at checkout so we could enjoy our last day in the city. Only downsides I would highlight are that some kitchen utensils like bowls, cutlery and glasses needed re-cleaning before using ... And also soo many stairs from the street. Otherwise, we had an amazing time.
