Easy access, light and airy, a pleasant location and it had a nice bathroom.
The kitchenette was passable, however there could have been more plug sockets, and possibly charging hubs.
The double bed was on casters, so every time you sat down it moved. The bed also was a small double, with only 2 pillows on the bed and no spares in the wardrobe.
In the lounge the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit and lie on.
The big question was when we booked, I was told via email that I would be in No. 5 (luxurious apartment). However when we got the details and codes on the day, we were put into apartment No. 4.
After our stay, I emailed the proprietor to ask why this was, but got absolutely no reply, which is not very professional.

Really nice apartment. Very clean and welcoming ambiance. Great to have fridge/cooker/microwave. Comfy lounge/diner.
Very comfy bed in spacious bedroom. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom/shower. Loved the decor. I now love apartments compared with hotels. Very friendly support from the owners who were on hand at the end of the phone. Had no problems contacting them. Initially I just found the ''code'' and key box a bit confusing, but it was dark by then, but there was a torch on hand, but after speaking with the owner, it was fine from there on. I had a nice quiet apartment. Would stay again.
Used microwave to heat water for a drink as the electric kettle didn't switch on. This in no way put me off as I used the microwave. Reported to owner and I believe the kettle has now been replaced with a new one.

Location was very close to the station and an easy walk into town. Apartment was comfortable.
Hardly any toilet paper left so I had to go out and buy some more the first night of my stay. The drains in the bathroom smelt a bit on arrival but this did improve. I found the key safe box very difficult to locate. When the host told me to look for the yellow grit bin in the corner of the car park and then look round the corner of the building I located them.
