The swimming pool was a major let down. No shade whatsoever and no umbrellas. Sun loungers were old but that wouldn’t have been an issue if there were umbrellas. The pool was quite small & 3/4’s of it was very deep with no steps at the deep end. We could only use the pool for about 10 minutes a day for a quick swim & then had to leave because we couldn’t sit out in the direct sun. Also there were no bins on the complex grounds & we weren’t give instructions on where to put out rubbish other than we had to make sure we didn’t leave any rubbish. Walking around Lanzarote with bags of rubbish isn’t my vibe 🫣

Very spacious, very relaxing and quiet, lovely balcony and extremely clean apartment. The stay is a great place to relax if you are a couple. The complex is easy to get to from the main parts of town and taxis are cheap there also. Security is good and felt safe staying at the complex. A/C was also there and worked a charm, overall fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

We tried getting in touch with the property multiple times with no answers. Eventually after we did get an answer and we tried communicating back and forth the communication was extremely slow and difficult. Communication was very very disappointing and resorted in unnecessary stress. Skylight also does not open as it needs a remote which was not in the apartment. Lack of bin bags in the apartment was also a small issue,it would just be a nice to have.

Vista mare e spazi

Doccia sporca siamo dovuti entrare con le ciabatte. I bagno e camere non hanno finestre e non funzionano le ventole essendo la stanza attaccata al bagno e avendo una porta con le astine quando andavamo in bagno la stanza si riempiva di odori e non avendo finestre non potevi neanche arieggiare. Terribile. Peccato perché poteva essere un bel appartamento
