Very clean, good location (but people should be aware of the amount of step.

The swimming pool was a major let down. No shade whatsoever and no umbrellas. Sun loungers were old but that wouldn’t have been an issue if there were umbrellas. The pool was quite small & 3/4’s of it was very deep with no steps at the deep end. We could only use the pool for about 10 minutes a day for a quick swim & then had to leave because we couldn’t sit out in the direct sun. Also there were no bins on the complex grounds & we weren’t give instructions on where to put out rubbish other than we had to make sure we didn’t leave any rubbish. Walking around Lanzarote with bags of rubbish isn’t my vibe 🫣

Property location is great,5 mins from beach, bars, restaurants and shops.Apartment was nicely laid out with everything you needed for a good holiday

Trying to get in contact with owner/agent was terrible. WhatsApp (which they preferred) did not work. Had to email which is not ideal. The safe inside the apartment was broken and locked so we were unable to put our passports, money and valuables somewhere safe. When we did manage to get in contact they sent somebody out who stated the safe was broken and needed replacing and never heard from them again. Not good !! Shared pool is freezing and there are only 10 sunbeds and no umbrellas/parasols and only 15 people allowed in the pool area ??.If you need shade there isn't much Also you get 2 sets of keys which is great but only one key which allows access to the whole complex and pool area. We went there as 2 couples and is awkward if you want to go out seperately. The two bedrooms get very hot as they are downstairs with no windows. The air con is great but the main units are next to stairs(which are inside) and they give off a lot of heat so it gets very hot in the stairs and kitchen area. We were there for 9 nights and no clean bedding or towels provided which is unusual, normally get one change over that period. If you walk down the steps beside the complex to the front it is very scruffy and untidy and needs some maintenance.
