it was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The villa itself was comfortable and the outside suited our needs

Great layout, nice and modern interior within a great quiet location

The property is in a good quieter part of porta del carmen just up. The hill and 10 min short walk to. Old town and the promenade with lots of bars restaurants and shops. The property itself self has everything you need to have a relaxing break. Air conditioning good cooking facilitys and also has a washing machine to do your washing before heading home this makes a difference when having a family of 6 the pool is heated what is a bonus for this time of year our family had a nice stay here and got a good sleep as there is no noise like a hotel

There is 2 cameras in the main sitting area and one in the hall. That leads to bedroom and toilets I thought it was a bit odd and there is no mention of this (easy fix 2 towels to cover them ) There is a jacuzzi that you need to pay extra for again there is no mention that f this £150 for our stay. We did not opt for this The pool area can get pretty slippery and could bE doing with a squezzy brush to dry around the pool

The Weather also the Location.

The Cleanliness was up to standard, paid for the Hot Tub, the Jets were not fully working , Brown Rime inside, also it emptied it's self, no reason.
