Cozy, spacious, and visually appealing apartment with high ceilings located in a traditional Georgian building called the Italian courtyards. It was easy to find and looks exactly like the photos. There are a few local neighbors, but the walls are thick, and I never heard anyone. The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, a toaster, a cooktop, and a microwave, plus some tea, coffee, spices, and cooking oil. You also get two bottles of water per room for your entire stay, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is tucked behind a glass door near the entrance. The fixtures work well, the water heats up quickly, and everything is properly maintained. The towels were in great condition, and you get about as many as you would at a hotel. Shower gel and shampoo are provided for convenience. Last but not least, the bedroom and guest area are lovely. The bed is extremely cozy. I want to buy the same blanket now. Overall, the furniture and appliances are in excellent condition, as if no one has ever lived there before.

There were two downsides for me: 1. You need to carry your suitcase up steep stairs when entering the building, and unfortunately, there are no rails to make it easier. 2. The apartment doesn’t have enough light for doing makeup. The bathroom lighting is dim, and the mirror seems to be positioned for someone around 170 cm tall. As a 155 cm woman, I couldn’t see myself properly even when it was adjusted. I ended up doing my makeup using the reflection in the bathroom’s glass door, but the lighting there is also dim, and bringing in a floor lamp from the bedroom didn’t really help since it couldn’t be angled the way I needed.
