The location is superb, 2 min walk to Sairee beach, all the major dive centres, food options and more. Very convenient location if you plan on walking/staying around Sairee
Cash only payment was the only downside, but expected in Thailand. ATMs all around so not really an issue

Great value private rooms in a perfect location. Close to 7/11 and the beach, jungle party, multiple restaurants. Stayed here for 7 nights and had no issues. Staff came and cleaned the room when requested.
Beds have blankets instead of a proper quilt which would’ve been nice but only a minor thing. Some noise from the party hostel next to it.

Good location, close to the beach and dining places. Cleaning lady were very nice!!!
Bad security, couldnt lock the windows and anyone could jump in our room from the balcony on the other side. The door was only secured by a lock from the outside, so couldnt lock the room unless everyone was inside.
