The 71 m² 3-room duplex apartment, wiks6-73, is located in the Upstalsboom Krusespeicher and can accommodate up to 4 people. The light-filled apartment features two living levels, a balcony, and a rooftop terrace with a uniquely beautiful panoramic view of the port of Wismar.
The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing southwest, is located on the 6th floor of the historic Krusespeicher and spans two levels. Wismar’s Old Harbor, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, lies right at your feet. From here, you can easily explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbor is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for “SOKO Wismar,” the well-known ZDF series!
The historic Old Town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbor Days—attract over 500,000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Die Lage im Alten Hafen.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und komplett neue Ferienwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Betten hatten für uns optimale Matratzen. Vom Schlafzimmer hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die große Dachterrasse, die nur wenige Wohnungen haben.
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder um dann auch die Sauna im Kellergeschoss zu nutzen. Dicke Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung in der 6. Etage war top. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Drei große TV-Geräte mit sehr guter Bildqualität lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küchenzeile enthält alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und der Schlaf war gut wie zuhause. Besonders hat uns das Doppelbett auf der Empore gefallen! Vor dem Einschlafen noch schnell ein Blick auf den Hafen, beim Aufwachen Begrüßung durch Möwengeschrei und Ostseeblick! Das Badezimmer mit Regendusche, WC und Waschbecken ist für zwei Bewohner völlig ausreichend. - Gefehlt haben nur Fliegengitter um die kleinen Plagegeister auszusperren! - Alles zusammen genommen: Top Wohnung, die man weiterempfehlen m u s s!

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind perfekt, eine sehr schöne und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend, Fahrräder lassen sich im Keller einschließen. Leider wird das Café noch nicht betrieben.
