The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing west, is located on the 3rd floor of the historic Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbor, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. From here, you can easily explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbor is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for “SOKO Wismar,” the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of recreational activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbor Days—attract over 500,000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long beach walks. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.
The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a stereo system, and board games. Enjoy some relaxing moments on the balcony with a direct view of the harbor. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV (42 inches). The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee.

Schöne Lage des Objektes im Alten Hafen.
Gelungene Verbindung von Alt und Neu, die ehemalige Nutzung des Objektes als Getreidespeicher ist noch ablesbar. Ein Objekt mit Geschichte und dem gewissen Etwas.
