We were at the airport and eager to get there when I received a text message saying there was an accidental double booking and we would be cancelled. I was told the owner would try to find something but got no feedback for an hour, so we found another place. They did eventually come through with an alternative and apologized, but we had made other plans by then. I don't know how you can accidentally double book and not realize it until the day of check-in. This added a lot of stress to our trip, though we loved the much more expensive place we found, one that was pretty much the only 3BR alternative, at the last minute. Most of the ratings on things like "cleanliness" are a guess, since of course we never got to stay there. Maybe this property had a low rating for reasons other than just having very few reviews.
