Create culinary charms in the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven range, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Two Queen-size beds are provided so everyone can get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location for the ski hill was great. Nice to have 2 rooms and two baths. Nice great room with balcony, kitchen/ dining/ living. Really, everything you need for a short stay and good access for driving to hiking trails and back into the town for restaurants.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We thoroughly enjoy our time in Crested Butte and it is always nice to have a well maintained place to stay. Everything you need is provided and it is centrally located to resort activities or just a short drive to town.
