For a break from the mountain, head just over four miles south to spend the day exploring downtown Crested Butte. Elk Avenue is lined with art galleries, shops, bars, and restaurants just waiting to be discovered.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Short walk to the lift, even closer to the town shuttle stop. Convenient, comfortable, well equipped condo. We enjoyed 2 days of skiing and restful nights at the condo. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to return soon.

Everything as listed. Very comfortable. Easy walk to the lifts. Only negative was that the hallway smelled like cat pee. ?!?!??all in all a great place to stay and ski.

Great location if skiing Crested Butte, just a short walk across the street to the main lifts - you can see the main lifts from the balcony. Was nice being able to take a break from skiing at noon at the condo. Almost as convenient as a ski-in/out. Kitchen well stocked, room was clean. Two bedrooms with plenty of closet space in each, with 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub, the other a shower. My only regret was not knowing to bring coffee filters (it's a drip unit, not a Keurig BTW). The condo has no shared facilities like a hot tub or sauna, but I seldom use those anyway. I'd definitely consider staying again if returning to CB for a ski trip.
