Ski-In/Ski-Out Crested Butte Studio w/ Pool Access

Short walk to the slopes. Beds are comfortable and sleep four people.

The cleaning fee on top of the rental price was high, Then the check out procedures required us to do much of the cleanup ourselves such as, stripping the beds, loading all dishes in dishwasher and taking out the trash. The building facilities are noticeably older.

The property was clean and comfortable. The sheets on the beds were incredibly soft and the mattresses were nice, as well. Having access to a small kitchen helped us save some money by making meals in-house. While this room didn’t have much of a “view,” it didn’t matter to us because we were outside for the majority of the trip. So many dogs stay in this resort so I knew that if my dog let out an unexpected bark here and there, I was surrounded by understanding dog owners.

Location was very close to the free bus, excellent location. Room was right off elevator lobby, on 2nd floor. Nice access once we got off the elevator. Door code worked well.

view was awful, room across hall had a dog bark all evening. Luckily stopped once owner returned to room, room was worn, doing all the labor for the cleaning was unacceptable. Cost was too high. Saw the room of a friend at the elevation hotel next door, which was $75 less for the same amount of space, no housekeeping duties, and better overall quality of furniture carpet and amenities. Issues with the front desk were unacceptable, lack of steam room which the front desk said was waiting for a part, but the lock looked like it had been in place for a while. Overall felt taken advantage of from a financial and expectation perspective.
