Quick walk to two different bus stops that will take you to Crested Butte, a few blocks from Downtown Gunnison, across the street from Western Colorado University and much more!

Comfortable and spacious layout. Very clean. Kitchen is well- equipped. Nice yard and areas to walk dogs if traveling with pets. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived.The location was perfect for our visit—extremely convenient to campus. My son’s dorm is right across the street, which made everything so easy and stress-free.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again.

Excellent property with enclosed yard for puppies! The layout is really nice and the kitchen is amazing to cook in. I love the lighting all through out, especially with the nice high windows. Overall a lovely place.
