Enjoy a beach & bay experience! This 3,100 sq ft. home is nestled between the beach and bay within walking distance to shopping and many popular restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is in a gated community with 24 hour security. A resort island atmosphere with many amenities that include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, fitness center, two fishing and crabbing piers, three private beaches, Sunset Island Bar & Grill restaurant, and Marisols Cafe featuring ice creams, Starbucks and other coffees, deli sandwiches, beer & wine, light grocery items and personal essentials.
Prime Mid-town location within a block from trendy spots like —the beach — Ron Jon’s surf shop, Shade Shack, Sweet Frog, Dunkin Donuts, OC paddle board rentals, bowling alley, Late Nite Liquors, Kite Loft, Rick’s Market, clothing & jewelry boutiques, King Cone, and Old Pro Putt Putt indoor/outdoor golf. Many popular restaurants such as Miones Pizza & Dough Roller Pizza, Skye Bar & Grille, Longboards, Barrio Taco, The Bonfire buffet, Annabelle’s BBQ & Creamery, OCM Crabs, and Touch of Italy are within walking distance!

This was our second year enjoying a long weekend here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The home is beautiful, spacious, and set in a lovely, safe community. We always feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay, and we look forward to booking again soon.

This property looks like a model home. Beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group and it was terrific to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. Thanks for providing access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We highly recommend renting this property!

The house was absolutely amazing, it was a great place for my family to get together especially after losing my husband and my kids father back in May! This is the first vacation we have all been together since he passed and we were able to start moving on together!

Luxurious, Spacious, and Comfortable. Amenities galore including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, grill, etc.. Well equipped for all. Sunset Island provides lots to do with its own beach, great pools, gym, kayaking and more. Most importantly the hosts Cynthia and Scott are readily available to answer all your questions and even provide dining recommendations. You won’t be disappointed.
