This quietly located 3-room apartment is on the first floor of the Monusse Boid residential complex, which was completed in 2019. The owner has lovingly furnished it to a high standard. The spacious living area, the cozy dining nook, and the open, fully equipped kitchen invite you to relax and enjoy your time here. From the terrace, you can let your gaze wander from the Breitenberg to the Kienberg, plan a hike or two, or simply take in the Allgäu mountain scenery. In both bedrooms, box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, and you’ll have the luxury of watching your “favorite movie” right from bed. With two bathrooms, this apartment is also ideal for accommodating two groups. You can conveniently park your cars in your own free underground parking spaces, which include an electric charging station, and the elevator takes you directly to the apartment’s level. Additionally, a laundry room and a storage area for your bicycles are available. Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome in this apartment.

Completed in October 2019, this complex offers 10 unique, top-of-the-line vacation apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground parking garage. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments through the underground parking garage. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 meters. You can also park your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
