The communication by our host Nathan L. was terrible! We attempted multiple times in several forms of communications to get answers from him. The only time he would respond is if Vrbo issued him a threat. We also had an ant infestation in the home that we ended taking care of the best we could, because he did not respond to that when we asked him to take care of it. Vrbo was also slow to respond to our concerns. The employee, Ayman, who we reported the ant infestation to said he would report it and get back to us for a resolution in a couple of hours, he did not even respond!! We had to finally get hold of a supervisor 3 days later and after being on hold on the phone for an hour and a half, he finally issued us a credit that was minimal. I have used Vrbo before and everything went well, however this trip was a disaster, very poor customer service in every way!! Nathan L. had some very good reviews initially, as I read more of them they got worse. Maybe he is going through some kind of a crisis. After not responding and not taking care of our needs, towards the end of our stay he offered to bring us a meal from his restaurant and did so, we thanked him for that. The home itself was nice, it needed some repairs and could have been stocked better in the kitchen, but it was very stressful trying to deal with all of the ants. Overall, it was not a good experience, and we would not stay there again.

The outdoor space has a large dining area, huge grill, and fire pit table with plenty of comfortable seating under a covered gazebo/roof. The landscaping was beautiful in the front and back yards. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, coffe maker, keurig, air fryer, and utensils. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions and beaches.

This property was misleading in their pictures upon booking. When I booked this getaway there were pictures in the listing that when entering the home, were not accurate. When questioned as to where the dining room was, they told me they moved it to outside and then went into the listing and removed all the incorrect pictures. We asked for an early check-in and the owner responded with that we could come in at 3:30, which wasn't much but was fine. At 4:00, the home was still not ready, and we had to wait some more. The first thing that we noticed when pulling up was that there were piles of trash sitting outside. When asked if the trash would be picked up, the owner got really defensive and asked why we weren't being nice and that we could cancel. We had just drove 6 hours, so this was not going to be an option.Another couple issues that we found was that one of the bathrooms has black mold all underneath the open cabinets and all the glasses/coffee cups were put away all dirty (still had lipstick and coffee in them). We ended up not using the bedroom with the mold.I have reported this to VRBO directly and I am working with them in regard to this matter.

The property we were supposed to check into had an issue with gas being shut off, so the owner/manager had us stay in a different home for one night and transfer to this home for the other nights.

Everything about this property was perfect for us! We wanted to take the family to Disneyland and it was a 5-10min drive away. There was plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably (7 people), and Nathan was incredible! He was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend booking with Nathan.

This house was perfect for our family and our friends to stay comfortably on our Disney/ Cali vacation. There was 4 kids and 4 adults and we all had our own space and beds. There are TWO masters (room with bathroom) and 2 of the rooms have 2 beds in each which was great for the kids. The yard was just as pictured and was lovely. Nathan is the best part of the experience. He greeted us to make sure we got in. He brought us breakfast the first morning unexpectedly and went over and above to make sure if we needed anything, he was on it right away! We owns a restaurant as well and we ordered an awesome dinner to enjoy at the house. He spoiled us! For 2 families of 4 who prefer some privacy, this house was great for us.

I have to say that the owner of this property was super responsive to all questions and concerns and made sure that everything was cleared up and taken care of immediately! He even provided a great dinner for our family! Super clean house, lovely yard, good location equidistant between the beaches and Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!!
