PRIVATE VACATION HOME CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND AND HUNTINGTON BEACH. This brand new 1,200 SF home just built in 2020. A two levels contemporary style has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom are on the 1st level. A private, clean, and comfortable place for family to relax and rest after the long days from all the fun attractions close by. Perfect spot to stay and explore Southern California.

This property provided everything we needed for our stay. There were 4 adults, 3 children, and an infant. The rooms are small but we were gone most days to the parks and beach. If we had all been adults and stayed on property more, we probably would have felt like we were tripping over each other.

This property was newly built and spacious. Lighting was beautiful and there was plenty of space to host our party of 4. Unfortunately, this listing was not exactly as listed. It was listed as a "private vacation home" that could sleep 10. This unit is not private. There are 2 properties on 1 lot, there is some space between the 2 but we could hear the people in the other building while outside and hear them from inside when they were outside. Luckily the size was perfect for our needs but I don't see how it could possibly host 10. This unit was not very accessible - the lock box was difficult to reach due to height as was the in unit washing machine. Floors and stairs were a slick tile making it nerve wracking to navigate for the toddler and senior in our party. The neighborhood was very close to Disneyland, restaurants and shops. Property is off of a busy street so traffic was audible and visible from inside the home. Home was very clean, offered basic kitchen needs as well as laundry detergent. Communication was mostly easy and fast with host. I would recommend guests bring their own towels as the charges for stained towels are exorbitant.
