Pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice! Initially, I intended on using my reward points to stay at a resort, but everything was booked almost 6 months out being that we were traveling during Christmas and new years week. With a family of 6 from Hawaii, and a surprise drop in by my mother and siblings, we had more than enough room to spare with all the amenities and perks of vacationing in a “Home Away From Home”. Thomas has been very communicative, accommodating and available throughout our entire stay from pre-arrival to departure. Just to name a few perks, the commute was quick and easy to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The property comes with towels, linen, dedicated washer/dryer, full kitchen, parking, and a very lofty backyard. The best part for me, was that Starbucks, gas station, and mini marts are all within walking distance. The neighbors are super friendly as well. My family loved it and anticipated when we make the trip again in the future.

The home is very accomodating and has a nice set up. We had a large group of 6 adults and 6 children and it was perfect for us all. It was nice and clean and Thomas was great to supply all that we needed to be comfortable. We were close to Disney and Hunington Beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. This house was perfect for our family’s cousin Cali trip. There was plenty of room for all to sleep with plenty of extra pillows, sheets and blankets. It was a quick drive to the beach and Knott’s Berry Farm. I nice big kitchen and big table for us to play games and eat snacks in the evenings. The owner was great with communication. It was a fantastic experience!

Thomas was an exceptional host for us. We had a couple minor issues with figuring out the a/c controls so he offered to come immediately and show us how to set it. The home was extremely comfortable and spacious. Our girls loved the bunk room and being able to stay together. It’s located directly off the highway, so it’s easy to get to places up and down 405. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the LA area.

Very comfortable we loved it we had a party of 12 with us in our family trip and it was very accommodating for everyone from elderly adults, to adults, teenagers and children! We cleaned it up a bit since we had so many people, the only thing I did notice we didn’t have were cups, but we purchased our own plastic cups, other than that it was great ! Loved the extra pillows and blankets.. 10/10 recommend!

We rented this home for a Disneyland family trip. We easily accommodated 6 in our group with 2 children. No issues with the additional dwelling on the unit, we stayed at the two story home and had plenty of parking and privacy. Bathrooms: As other reviewers mentioned, washcloths and hand towels would have been nice to have. I did bring mini loofahs just in case. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash/soap, toothpaste provided. Kitchen/: clean, paper towels provided. The coffee maker is a traditional one, there were filters and ground coffee available which was excellent. Bedrooms: As described. Having hypoallergenic options would be nice. Some of the linens did have residual hair from prior tenants. Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend 👌

We booked this property last minute and we got the the respond with instructions right after submitted. Two queen and two twin mattresses are really comfortable and our adults with back pain felt relieve and sleep very well during the stay.
