... with a little more maintenance. The good: - 5 huge bedrooms. - 4 full bathrooms, excellent for us as we were attending a relative's wedding and the bathrooms were essential for our group of 14 people. - Pretty well stocked with essentials, such as toiletries, towels, kitchen pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, etc.... - The washer/dryer was great as our stay was for 10 days and we could wash things ourselves. The not-so-good: - There was no remote for the garage door. We notified the host and was informed that they lost so many of them that they don't provide it anymore. I think it should be noted in the listing. - The queen air mattress listed had a leak and couldn't stay inflated. We notified the host and they promptly brought over 2 single cots, not a queen bed. - Several of the light bulbs in the bathrooms were out. - The light bulbs in the back and side exterior were out. - The washer seems to be on its last leg. It works, but made horrible sound when on spin cycle. - All of the TV remotes batteries were dead. We ended up buying batteries for them. - The trash cans were grossly dirty. They probably haven't been washed in years. It seems that if the host had paid just a little more attention to these details that the property would be so much better, without the little annoyances for the guests. Overall, I like the property a lot for its spaciousless and location and would not hesitate to recommend it for larger groups of 10-16 people.

This was a family trip for us to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday (parents, 4 siblings plus spouses and kids). House was clean and well maintained and owner Diane was easily accessible for communication. Kitchen area was large and enough space for all 13 of us. Highly recommend for families.

We had the best experience possible staying at this property. It’s as advertised. We were 17 in total and we all felt comfortable. The ample open kitchen gave us the opportunity to connect, talk and dine in together. All the big rooms have a smart Von them, although we didn’t even got to make use of then, since we were having so much fun in the common area. The house is well equipped and has everything a big family needs to feel comfortable and cook as needed. The kitchen equipment is plenty and new. Communication with the managers was easy and swift. She even brought us an extra mattress and a brand new electric pump to accommodate us better. The only small inconvenience is the distant from Universal, because of the traffic it took us 2 hours to get to the park (1h:20m without traffic). On the other hand it’s a 10/15 min drive to a great beach, where the kids got to have a lot of fun. Thank you very much. Would definitely stay there again and recommend It to whoever needs to spend some days in California.

The property was exactly as described, very clean, lots of space and a great kitchen. Easy check in and check out, will definitely stay again.

The home was a fantastic size with plenty of bathrooms for our group of 13. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It was very clean with a lot of storage space for all of our belongings. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer, as I was able to keep up on laundry during our stay, and I wasn’t stuck doing laundry when we returned from our vacation.

House was perfect for multiple families. Plenty of room to cook and hang out. Communication was good with host.

Great place to stay for Disney, easy to find, not far from Disney.

We stayed for 6 nights with 7 adults. My family love the house. The house look beautiful, cleanliness and quiet neighborhood. Great location to get around also a mins to Phuoc Loc Tho. Next time if I come back to Santa Ana would stay again.

The house was very large and spacious. It is very close to a lot of beaches as well as Disney. It is in a safe location and near to a lot of eateries or grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this to friends or anyone traveling with a large or multiple family trip. The house is perfect. Clean and very updated.

Stayed here for a week. The house is very spacious and clean, with an incredible kitchen! Great location…20 minutes from beaches or parks like Knotts or Disney, with easy freeway access for stuff further away. Only improvements I can suggest would be more seating in the living room, and more furnishings in the bedrooms. The house sleeps 14, but there are only two couches in the living room with 6 seats total. Tough to get everyone together to watch a movie. The bedrooms are certainly large enough to have a chest of drawers in each and a nightstand on each side of every bed. Tough to live out of a suitcase on the floor for a week, and most people have phones/tablets/watches/etc. or even CPAP machines where a nightstand would be incredibly handy. Overall a great place in a nice neighborhood, but would be completely perfect with just a few minor additions. (again…the kitchen is perfect and very well equipped!) Thanks for an easy check in and check out as well!

This was my first time using a vacation rental property. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house and amenities were exactly as described. Super close to shopping, the beach and Disneyland. We will definitely consider renting this property for our next family trip to Disneyland.

The home was very specious, clean and beautiful. It had all the essentials available to the guests and it was 20 minutes from our destination which was Disneyland! Can I repeat, the home is very specious!! Huge thanks to the owners for easy check in and check out. I will definitely think of this Location for our next family trip!

13 members ranging from 6-78. Great location, close to beaches, Disneyland, stores etc. House had plenty of room/space. As mentioned in previous reviews by others house does lack dressers/nightstands in some bedrooms and basic necessities in the kitchen but I knew that going in. Had to make trips to the store to purchase spices, cooking oil, ziplock bags, storage containers for leftover food, foil etc. Overall house was great & would stay again despite these shortfalls

We hosted our wedding party here. Great place for home base and making dinners. The home was well stocked, including multiple coffee makers and chef knives (improvement from past comments). Diane was very helpful and even dropped off a missing item off asap. The place was super clean and sterile..no miscellaneous items - just a place to get a good nights sleep. I do wish there were more nightstands and dressers. We were able to hang things in the closet but basically had to live out of our suitcases…no place to set your earrings or multiple cell phones etc in the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, and ample parking on the property.

This property was beautiful and very peaceful. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing experience. This has been one of the easiest owners to rent from. The home was so spacious and clean, lots of room for parking and top of the line laundry appliances that were very large. The photos do not do justice. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Everything was perfect

The property manager was terrific about responding to all inquiries quickly. There is ample parking at the house and entry was easy. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The neighborhood is one in which you can take walks in different directions to see the lovely Spring foliage. The most disappointing thing about this home is the lack of some things such as these: There were not enough coffee/tea mugs for the number of guests this place can house. (There were enough of plates and silverware). Though the kitchen is large with lots of storage and the appearance of "you can really cook here!" we found things like chef knives, peeler, non-metal spoons for the non-stick cookware were either poor or lacking. There was no foil, no plastic bags, no containers for storing leftovers. I personally would prefer to pay a little more so those things are available than be trying to get these items at the store for just a short stay. In the bedrooms, there were barely any extra blankets and the storage space is only hanging closets, no chests of drawers. The closets were fine but a chest of drawers would have been nice. All in all the house has the potential to be great. I am giving a four star more because of the cleanliness and the great property manager. Otherwise I'd probably say a 3.

This is a wonderful house and easy location to reach, with ample parking, excellent kitchen supplies, and spacious rooms!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house works very well for my family. The neighborhood is very quiet. Takes 20 minutes to drive to Disneyland without traffic. The house is very clean. They provide soap, shampoo and body wash. Blow-dryers are provided in each bathroom. If you are eating and preparing food you need to bring own sharp knives, big serving spoons, salt/pepper etc. Kitchen has good pots and pans, and a great stove. It also has an outside grill which was not mentioned in the amenities. We will defiantly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, clean, bright, and there was plenty of room for my daughter and her friends to sleep. The instructions were easy to follow. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. I recommend this house and host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home in Midway City. It was a great location for us to do some sight seeing and there were restaurants within a couple minutes drive. A quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the house and parking. The home was very clean and Diane did everything she could to make our stay more enjoyable! She was an excellent host. Would DEFINITELY consider staying there again if we plan on being in the area.

Great place for larger families. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. The kitchen could be stocked with more items such as plastic wrap, foil, storage bags, etc. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Maybe I’m just used to staying at other places where those were all supplied. But overall, the place was very clean and Diane was quick to answer all my questions and requests.

Great and spacious home. Everything you need for every occasion
